Terms of Service
Last updated: June 24, 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
These Terms govern your use of the TLiveHub service (the "Service"), operated by TLiveHub ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. The service
TLiveHub is a shared workspace for live production teams — music directors, live producers, creative directors, light and visual engineers, and playback/FOH engineers. We administrate the workflow (drafts, timestamped comments, approvals, share links, Dropbox sync) around lightweight review copies of your assets. We do not own or store your master files — your source of truth remains in your own Dropbox (or connected storage). We may modify or improve the Service at any time.
4. Accounts and security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the Service unlawfully or for fraud, spam, or abuse;
- Infringe intellectual property or other rights;
- Upload malware or attempt to compromise the security of the Service;
- Probe, scan, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service;
- Resell or redistribute the Service or circumvent its technical limits.
6. Intellectual property
We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, documentation, and branding. You retain ownership of content you upload and grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.
7. Payment, billing, and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
8. Service availability
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel your subscription at any time via paddle.net.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion would be unlawful.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use of the Service, or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's principal place of business. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Contact
